What is Karyai?

Karyai is a WhatsApp-first practice operations system for Indian professional firms. It connects tasks, recurring client projects, work logs and attendance with management oversight. It is a product of EventDTL Private Limited, Pune.

Does my team need to install another app?

No new employee app is needed for the WhatsApp workflows. Your team uses WhatsApp to update tasks, log work and record attendance. Management uses web-based views and role-aware summaries for oversight.

Can my team send messages in Hinglish?

Yes. Karyai’s AI understands Hindi, English and Hinglish messages for supported task and work-log workflows. We’ll demonstrate examples relevant to your firm on the demo call.

How does recurring client work get created?

You configure a service template with checklist steps, assignees and deadlines. Karyai then creates a project each month for subscribed clients. Employees can update checklist steps through WhatsApp list messages.

Is Karyai live, or is it still being built?

The operations system is live in a 43-person CA firm across 7 cities. The web dashboard is under active development, and the product is being prepared for broader multi-firm use. Early-access onboarding is arranged through a demo. The website’s interface examples are illustrations; the demo shows what is available today.

How much does Karyai cost?

Public pricing has not been finalised. We discuss pricing and onboarding during your demo, based on your firm’s size and workflow. There is no self-serve checkout or advertised free trial at this stage.

Does it include billing and invoicing?

Billing and invoicing are planned, not currently available. Today’s focus is task management, recurring projects, work logs, attendance and payroll automation. We’ll clarify the current scope before onboarding.

How does attendance work, and who can see the data?

Attendance uses a GPS-stamped photo sent through WhatsApp. Timesheet logging, leave, late-mark and overtime rules support payroll calculation. Access arrangements and employee data handling should be discussed with the Karyai team before onboarding your firm.
